Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure your returned item meets the following criteria:
- The item must be unworn or unused.
- The original tags must be attached.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Initiating a Return

Exceptions:
- Heavy-duty medical equipment (e.g., hospital beds, wheelchairs) is eligible for return only in cases of operational manufacturing defects or significant damage during transit.
- Our refund or exchange policy does not cover minor cosmetic imperfections (such as scratches or slight tilts) that occur during transit.
- Personal care products (e.g., diapers, underpads) are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you regarding the approval status. If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-15 business days, depending on your bank or credit card processing times.

Exchanges
If you need a different size or product, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the original item and place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification. The item must meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above.

Note: This item is not eligible for a refund. Customers requesting an exchange must pay for both-side shipping charges.
For example, if you ordered Size M and need Size L, you will be required to cover both shipping costs.
